Stretching & Balance for Dancers

THIS CLASS IS ON SUNDAY

This is new class taught by Jenny Griswold that is designed to help increase your flexibility and ability to balance for partner dancing. It is a combination of yoga, Pilates, ballet, and fitness conditioning. Wear comfortable clothing that isn't too baggy, preferably gym or dance attire. You don't need shoes, barefoot or socks are great options. We suggest that you bring your own mat or towel for comfort, and an extra one for you knees if they are sensitive. You also do NOT need to be a dancer to benefit from this class. ;)

The class is $10 regular, $8 students with ID

*Jenny has been dancing ballet for 26 years and has been practicing yoga for 11, she recently began working with Pilates and fitness conditioning techniques.

The class was moved to SUNDAY at 11:45-12:45. Parking on Saturday isn't free and when the markets are open is almost impossible to find a close spot.
