Feel free to show up when you can and have a good time!  I will be working extra shifts on Monday evenings in September and having LASIK eye surgery on the 16th, so I will only be there on Tuesdays when I'm available. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to post online or talk to Tyler.

This is good information to know! Hopefully others have a wonderful experience tonight. My only concern is that for some reason, it seems as though some courts are not evenly balanced on flat ground, but rather tilted at an angle (i.e. Player 1 stands at higher elevation--above sea level, for example, while Player 2 stands at lower elevation).

Just giving a thought, as there is limited parking in that area, if anybody want to share ride from river oak park tennis courts? Or galleria area? Let me know..!!

Greetings everyone!! In the instance of heavy rain tonight (30% chance), I will be heading to HOOTERS restaurant @ Kirby & 59 for Monday Night Football. IF IT RAINS, I will have 40 (forty) FREE boneless chicken wings to share with at least FIVE people on tonight's list of attendants who meets me at HOOTERS on Kirby!

Lastly...I will still go to Hooters after tennis for some football/food, in which case the free wings deal still applies to anyone that joins me! (Must have at least 6 in our group).

See everyone tonight! Monday Night Tennis and/or Monday Night Football is a WIN-WIN!

Hey Tyler, great seeing you and everyone else on the courts Saturday. I'd love to go Monday night, but I have a night class of A&P2 I'm taking. Play hard everyone!!

We should be good for Monday night...I was there last week.

    September 8, 2013

  • Raul

I just don't remember what days.

    September 8, 2013

  • Raul

You guys have to make sure that the courts are not reserved.

I believe those courts are reserved two days for school use and lessons. If I believe correctly, they are reserved for 2 hours and that doesn't mean that they leave right after their time is up.

    September 8, 2013

  • Tyler

Yes. Free parking is walking distance from the courts on the public residential streets of Rice Village neighborhood, or you can park *at your own risk* in the nearby, unmonitored Rice University Digital Arts parking lot (not the 15 min limit spaces).

Overall, we cannot beat the improved playing surfaces, lights and greater quantity of available courts (and FREE balls?). If parking is not as close to Rice courts as some would desire, consider that you might have to wait 1 full hour to play at River Oaks park on a Monday night only to quit playing 30 mins later when it's too dark to see the ball.

  • Bhaskar

I've never been there. It's there any free parking near the courts?

    September 7, 2013

  • Tyler

Rice University is location for Monday night...8 courts + lights = More fun!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
