Initially, when i started practicing, i did not feel anything different than usual, but patiently kept doing my meditation everyday for 10 minutes, as i was told & also attending weekly programs locally. After a week or two i could notice small little things changed in me. Groups in this meditation were also very friendly and helpful to share. It helps me keep myself in balance in my day to day life. Experience of this meditation is very unique and joyous.
I was introduced to Sahaja Meditation few years back in DC. I had no background of any types of meditation before that. Now i practice everyday, its part of our lifestyle now.
