Beginner's Belly Dance with Bramani

Come to class to learn new skills, perfect your technique, try something different, or raq that body into shape! What ever your motivation, from meditation to workout, belly dance could be your answer.

Classes start with stretches and strength training followed by static and moving drills of basic movements, so no matter what style you are interested in this class can improve your technique. Finish out the hour with a cardio blast shimmy drill and a quick cool down.

Come for the last class of the month for a dance only day. Put all of that hard drilling to good use in a unique mini choreography! The choreography is always different and could be in any style, from tribal to cabaret, to unique fusion.
