Mohamed is a master musician. He achieved a BA in Music and Music Education fro the University of Cairo. While performing has traditionally occupied most of Nasser’s musical career, recently, he has dedicated an ever increasing effort to teaching Egyptian and Arabic music to Western musicians and dancers. His extensive academic training at the finest Egyptian music centers and subsequent popular experience places him deep within that selected core of Egyptian artists that has historically been entrusted with both the preservation of Egyptian music tradition, its theory and its development as well as charting its future direction. It’s a responsibility which he is duly aware of
and a privilege for which he is deeply grateful.

Throughout his career, Mohamed has played with some of the Arab world's most respected artists, such as Fifi Abdou, Sabah and Ragheb Alama to name a few. His music guaranteed to get you off your seat and on the floor dancing for an experience you will never forget.

This event is going to be awesome! The tutorial will give NJ dancers that missed Mohamed's presentation in NY a chance to learn the different rhythms and how they apply to the dance.

Also I'm so excited to announce that Mark Balahadia will be joining us as our featured guest artist.

This event is not to be missed!
