My sincere appreciation to the Dip, Victoria and Theo for sharing their time, insight and stories about networking. I found it refreshing to hear their take on successful networking (i.e., more about the value of authentic relationship-building, versus the quantity of meeting people).

Dip, Your presentation, as well as those of Virginia and Theo, were so interesting and helpful it is hard to express. I found frm your insights tha I had a very narrow understanding of networking. I see more clearly now that networking is more than a jobfinding tool but a way to advance your ability to better do your job and help others to do their jobs better. By The way, that was quite a finish to teh England-French match, 23-13. France looked really sloppy toward the end

Great session! I've been to numerous Job Clubs and read several articles regarding networking. The helpful hints shared by Dip , Victoria and Theo enhanced my existing knowledge and added some additional "tools to my toolbox." LOVED the demo of the exercise that Dip had his group do in the breakout session.
