Thanks for the advice to the group. I am biased to go with the redboard kit for the library project. It looks like a great deal. BTW, I haven't heard from Jim Boeddeker or TechSpace since the presentation.

Did you know that we have gained 6 or 7 new members for the Arduino group just in the last couple of weeks.? We are currently up to 64!

As you may have seen, I am going to start a new beginners class early next month and limit it to 10 participants.

If you are not familiar with Sparkfun, the have made their own board called the RedBoard, https://www.sparkfun.com/products/11575, which is compatible with the Arduino Uno. If you are just getting started, any kit with a RedBoard would be good.
