I’m coming back to Bend on my annual summer sojourn. Although, this time I’ll be recovering from a broken femur rather than training for the High Cascades 100 and racing all the usual local competitions. No worries, I’m 7 months into and doing well, but I need to continue some physical therapy with future competition in mind.
Does anyone have suggestions? I’m looking for overall strength conditioning with a focus on muscle and flexibility rebuild on my left leg.
