Re: [Bend-Area-Cycling-Enthusiasts] Physical Therapy in Bend, OR

Hey Kevin!

I'm a chiropractor here in Bend.  I have been here almost 2 years, and have met a few PT's.  I've heard the guys at Focus are good, and the other chiropractor in my office has referred a lot to Erik Zamboni at Living Well Therapy, and Scott Weber at Alpine Physical Therapy.  I have referred to Lisa Ann McCall and she has specific methods she has developed for rehabbing and overcoming chronic pain conditions.  If you have a chiropractor here in Bend I would see them too for spinal and pelvis adjustments to make sure your nervous system is firing properly to reestablish proper healing and function to all the tissues of the injured area .  Chiropractic with physical therapy can help with faster recovery time.  Let me if I can help out with anything else.

Have a great weekend!

Bend Riders,

I’m coming back to Bend on my annual summer sojourn. Although, this time I’ll be recovering from a broken femur rather than training for the High Cascades 100 and racing all the usual local competitions. No worries, I’m 7 months into and doing well, but I need to continue some physical therapy with future competition in mind.

Does anyone have suggestions? I’m looking for overall strength conditioning with a focus on muscle and flexibility rebuild on my left leg.
