    Diane takes on a unique challenge with this image: guiding the eye from the top to the bottom using color and size to achieve that instead of line. For example, the smaller, cooler leaves in the back advance towards the foreground in a progression of warmer, lighter hues. At the same time, the size relationships of the leaves grow larger, too, as they travel towards the viewer. (I agree with Tim: this image is a gliclee candidate!)
