At a BMAC Meetup Group, you'll meet Employee Benefit Plan Professionals who are interested in
1. sharing their professional knowledge
2. advancing the field of Employee Benefits, and
3. networking with other like-minded professionals

Our meetings are intended to be very practical, focusing on real world solutions to some of the trends that are developing in the benefits world. We avoid light discussions of strategy, and instead focus on shared experiences so that our members can actually gain some ideas that can be executed in their work environments.

Format: We usually have one meeting per quarter. Any members who have ideas for a meetup topic can send the information to the organizer.

Each meetup is held in an upscale, casual setting. It begins with some brief socializing and networking. The moderator then introduces a speaker who provides an overview of the topic (no powerpoints, very few handouts), followed by a question and answer session during which the members share their real world experiences with regard to the topic. Prior to completion members participate in individual and group discussions.
