Ridgewood Sign-Wave

This Saturday there will be a sign-wave, slimjim distribution, spread-the-word effort in downtown Ridgewood. This way if people get tired they can grab a coffee, take a rest, and not have to interact with hostile security forces ;). Ridgewood has no shortage of Republicans, and many of these are likely to be regular primary voters. Also it allows us to take a more personal approach and spread the message as well as the name. I was thinking of standing on the corner of East Ridgewood Ave and Van Neste Square, right on the edge of the Van Neste Square park. That will give us all the traffic going on Ridgewood Ave and plenty of pedestrian traffic to engage with. Also I've seen anti-war protesters out there from time to time - so it seems a legit location for this event. If anyone has any comments please post them.

It was great to see more Bergen County Ron Paul supporters getting active! Let's keep the momentum going!

It was cold and windy on the square there in Ridgewood.

Although the day was sunny, it was bitterly cold out and people really didn't want to talk or they don't know who Ron Paul is or they are Democrats and aren't changing.

We received a few honks and a few thumbs up from people in cars.

    We'll keep trying...

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
