MK Valencia Mixer for a Cause St. Francis of Assisi Food Pantry

MK Valencia’s Mixer for a Cause – St. Francis of Assisi Food Pantry

Hello Group!

Continuing on the success of our last mixer at MK Valencia for a Cause, we are doing it again for a great cause that serves families in Bergen County. This event is open to everyone whether you are single or not.

The Saint Francis of Assisi Food Pantry subsidizes families who are in need. It is stocked by parishioners' donations of food and it is conducted by volunteers. Deliveries of food are made twice a month (every other Tuesday), with special deliveries made at Easter, Christmas, and Thanksgiving.

Often times we want to get involved and help others but do not know how to. Saturday January 25th is your opportunity to help! Not only will you get to mingle with other like minded individuals, you will have the opportunity to give back by bringing can goods and non-perishable items. You may also make a monetary donation if you wish by writing a check made payable to St. Francis Food of Assisi Pantry.
There is no admission fee for the event but we strongly encourage you to bring canned goods and/or non-perishable items. The more the merrier.

Those items that are most in need for 4/5 are:

Canned Stew,

Canned chili

Canned Fruit & Vegetables

Peanut Butter

Other Items You May Donate

Pancake Mix & Syrup,
Macaroni and Cheese,
Spaghetti Sauce,
Coffee & Tea,
Canned or Bottled Juice,

If you would like to make a monetary donation you can do so by clicking on the link below.

If you donate please let me know so I can notify St. Francis of Assisi Food Pantry so that the monies can be used directly for the pantry. I DO NOT need to know your donation amount, just your name and the date you donated on line. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions.

We will be selling raffle tickets! Mk Valencia has generously donated a Gift Certificate for 1 appetizer and 2 main courses!

(100% of the proceeds from the raffle will benefit St. Francis of Assisi Food Pantry)

Our last event at MK Valencia event generated about 10 bags of food and $50 in monetary donations! Let’s pack the establishment and help feed families. If you cannot attend the event, you can feel free to stop by MK Valencia and drop off your donation.

If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me.

This place is ideal for drinks, is easily accessible
and parking is never an issue. Public Parking available across the street behind the Municipal building as well as behind Dunkin' Donuts on Main Street. Valet Parking is available!

Thx for the reminder email, Fred. Had other plans for the Saturday (forgot committing previously), will try and change it. Even if I can't attend, will do the 'usual'. Thanks again for the video, and all you do for a great cause.

I am looking forward to meeting everyone and being part of a good cause, as I am a warm and giving person looking to help those who are less fortunate than myself.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
