On what level would you say you are as a technology developer?

We have the option of breaking out multiple projects, but what are you most interested in?

I imagine that we will actually break down into small groups working on projects that meet once a week and then come together as a large group once a month for a show-and-tell. When is the best time for you to meet? I have set the first meeting on Saturday at one PM, but I am not opposed to meeting at other times. Once a week, or once a month?
