There is a meditation workshop here in Berkeley Oct 3rd and 4th that you might like to check out. ... its $200, (inexpensive) and offers systematic techniques to learning meditation, psychic sleep, techniques to seal and protect your energy and best of all, techniques for developing vision of non-physical realms.... I HIGHLY recommend it.... its by far the most comprehensive, integrated and transformational work that I have discovered.... ... but its always best to See for yourself, know for yourself

An introduction to the work of the Clairvision? School and the techniques of Samuel Sagan, M.D., this workshop presents a systematic process to begin developing your third eye, the command center for your body of energy.

The workshop teaches techniques for meditation and opening spiritual perception. It is designed for people who want direct perception of spiritual worlds. Techniques covered include:

Activating the third eye & learning ways to engage it in your daily activities.
Third eye-based meditation techniques.
Energetic protection & grounding: seal your energy; help prevent fatigue.
Night practice: relaxation, fast recuperation & smooth transition into sleep.
Dowsing for earth energy lines: identifying places that are either supportive or detrimental to your energy.

Ruth McCracken is a senior Clairvision Instructor, one of the directors of the Clairvision School, and one of the few people who have been involved in the creation of the Clairvision teaching material and the Knowledge Tracks. She has extensive experience in the healing arts, having worked as a Inner Space Technique practitioner and Entity Clearer for 11 years, and as a medical doctor for 20 years in Sydney, Australia.

Based in the USA for the last 5 years, she now presents workshops, talks and classes in the Bay Area, and gives private sessions as an Inner Space Techniques practitioner.
