Looks like evenings are going to work best for everyone. The great thing about this will be getting out and taking a gorgeous run at the end of a crazy day and know your safe because your with a group!
The lake is approximately 3.1 miles.
My goals are as follows: (I want to do ToughMudder in April :)!)
Week 1 - Walk 1/2, Run 1/2
Week 2 - Walk 1/2, Run 1/2
Week 3 - Run Complete loop (1x)
Week 4 - Run Complete loop (1x)
Week 5 - Run Complete loop (1x)
Week 6 - Run Complete loop (2x)
We can split up based on where you are as a runner. If everyone who is going to attend can send me your goals in a similar outlines, I can group us up based on where you are!! This will be a great way to meet people with like minded goals and get the encouragement you need :)
Let's try this out and see how it goes. I am open to suggestions :)
