This is an announcement that the Polyamorous FLORALIA Party is happening in Berkeley, California, SATURDAY, MAY 5, 2012. 6:30 - 10:30 PM.
(What other kind of Floralia party could there be?)
BRING FOOD AND BEVERAGES!!
BRING FLOWERS AND BRIGHT COLORFUL CLOTHING!!
We will need to see valid Photo Id from all people who attend.
We will have to limit the number of single males this time. This does not mean that no single males will be allowed, only that we will be limiting the number. Priority will be given to those who attend in the company of one or more females, with single males permitted on a space-available basis.
The ceremonial Floralia "decorating of the women" will start as early as 6:30 PM. This is strictly voluntary, and involves flowers being placed the lady's hair or elsewhere as she may request. Flowers which symbolically represent various styles of polyamory will be provided, and each person may choose to be adorned with the flower and associated love style with which they have the most affinity. Flowers provided to males also upon request.
We plan to have at least one male erotic-exotic dancer and one female exotic- erotic dancer dancer. (Exactly how far they will strip down has not been determined yet, but they will be hot!!!!!!!!
We also hope to have several professional massage folks who will be offering free "FLORALIA" massages for female attendees. (We can't absolutely guarantee this, but we're trying hard. We should have at least one, and possibly more, massages tables going. Massage is respectful and gentle, and person receiving it decides what regions of the body are to be massaged and how. (So far, this offer only extends to FEMALE attendees).
PARTY GOES FROM 6:30 TO 10:30 PM.
(Note we are officially ending at 10:30 PM. Permission to stay after 10:30 PM will be selectively granted on a limited and invitation-only basis).
The event is guaranteed G-rated until 8:30 PM.
This does not necessarily mean it will degenerate into a wild orgy, but simply that a G-rating is not guaranteed after 8:30 PM.
Male Exotic/erotic dancers go on at about 9:00 PM.
[Ladies, please DO be respectful of these guys this time!]Female dancer is tentatively scheduled to begin about 9:30 PM.
WE SHALL CONTINUE TO BE A LITTLE MORE SYSTEMATIC ABOUT THE "PUPPY PILE/ SNUGGLE PARTY" THIS TIME. THE WOMEN SET THE LIMITS AND THE RULES. The Procedure is still evolving, but it has been working pretty well in recent months, so we'll keep at it. Plan is to do this starting about 10:15 or so.
PLEASE do NOT bring expensive jewlerly, prize possessions etc., and please keep track of your own purses, wallets, and other valuables, for the hosts cannot and will not be responsible if they are lost, stolen, eaten by trolls or otherwise vanish.
If you get into an altercation or conflict with some one else at the party, no matter how minor, don't attempt to resolve it yourself, but instead notify the host immediately.
Please observe the "no-nudity outside the house" policy this time.
As before, primarily due to the concerns about laundry, no exchange of bodily fluids is permitted in the South Room during the puppy pile nor at other times, but other arrangements can possibly be made upon request for those interested in crimes against nature. It is important to follow this rule - so please do!! And remember the main rules of puppy piles (and the entire party) is: Ask AND get approval BEFORE you touch anybody: No means No; Don't means DON'T and Stop means STOP! Be RESPECTFUL!
PRIME DIRECTIVE #1:: Participation in ALL activities are strictly on a voluntary basis. (NO PUSHINESS ALLOWED!)
PRIME DIRECTIVE #2:: Anyone acting like an asshole will be unceremoniously ejected.

We REALLY need three volunteers to help with setup for 2-3 hours on Saturday, roughly 4-6 PM. So this month, WE REALLY NEED VOLUNTEERS, but please DON'T volunteer unless you really are planning to show up!]
We are requesting a clean-up donation of $3 per person from all attendees, with the amount to go towards hiring a professional crew to do what is necessary after the party.
