Come meet and eat with other people interested in vegan dining. People with any diet are welcome. All food ordered will be vegan.

Come to a meetup, eat, and discuss living a healthy vegan lifestyle, local restaurants, movies, and any other topic under the sun. The point is simply to eat, meet old friends, and make new ones. And to try out new restaurants or at least ones that are new to you. We've had many wonderful meals and fun times. We mostly meet in Berkeley and Oakland. I try to mix up the scheduling a little so everyone can participate. Most of our events are on weekend evenings, because that's what members said you wanted most, but once in a while I'll organize a brunch or a weekday meal.

This group is not to promote your product or service. There are opportunities for that elsewhere.

If you RSVPed for an event and then decide not to come, please change your RSVP immediately. Restaurants plan for staffing and food needs, and if only half of us show up, they could lose money, which casts our group in a bad light. I've heard the disappointment in the voice of restaurant staffers when they learned our group was going to be smaller than they had planned for. So please consider your RSVP a promise, and keep it.

Come eat delicious food, share your passions, maybe learn something, and meet new people. And you don't have to do dishes! What's not to like? See you at dinner.
