Hello,

As the sun is out. . the yum veg and fruit will be too!  Thought we could meet in the car park at 10.30am , pick some veg/fruit together. Load our cars up with whatever we have picked (including the berries in our tummy) and then go have a Sunday pub lunch at about 1pm when the farm closes. Was thinking we could go to The Grand Junction Arms Pub as they have a lovely garden by the canal.

Because there is no set menu- I suggest we sit in the garden and everyone just goes and pays/orders for their own at the bar. I will contact them in advance as we are a larger party of people. Please see the menu;

Strawberries 3.65
Gooseberries 3.65
Onions 45

      You can eat them raw. I cut mine into wedges then roasted mine with a little seasoning and olive oil for 35-40 minutes was delicious!

    Ok - setting off now, should be about half an hour. Can you look out for me as I don't think I've met any of you before? I shall be wearing a white top, bleached jeans, a searching gaze and a bike helmet. See you soon!

    Hello all!
    What time do you think you'll be at the pub? I'm busy in the morning but it would be nice to join you afterwards.
