Mostly belgian, like Gouden Carolus or Delerium Tremens
Paulaner hefeweizen, because it tastes so good whilst sitting in the sun
When it is about quality, than mostly the belgian "abdijbieren"
Have not got a specific opinion on the matter, sorry. Standards for craftmanship are nice, however might inhibit good new inventions
