This is a one time special event. For one week we will be meditating for one hour every morning. Are you up to the challenge? If so you can join us for the Morning Meditation Week.
But this is not just about meditating every morning. It is about starting the day in a great way. The morning meditations are meant to prepare you for a meditative and aware living of the week. The aim is nothing less than being your ideal self during this week. The morning meditations combined with a willingness to do things differently for a few days are the ingredients for a meaningful week.
Think of this as being similar to a meditation retreat. It is about living differently for one solid week. It may well be harder compared to a meditation retreat as you will be confronted with all the noise and challenges of your everyday life. But succeeding in this setting also means that what you learn is directly applicable to your life.
The meditation sessions will be on every weekday morning at 7 am. An additional debriefing and discussion session will be offered a few days after the last of the meditation sessions.

7:00 ~ 8:00 am: meditation exercises
8:00 ~ 8:15 am: stretching and Qi-Gong or Yoga exercises
