Okay here is a comprehensive 1st BFF Friendship maker event. (Speed date style but minus the “Date”)

Note: Please take a moment to read the details entirely and then reflect your RSVP accordingly.

The Program Timeline:

615pm-745pm: Pre Mixer + BFF Meal Sampler Ticket (If you purchase the meal ticket otherwise you can use your BFF 20% discount card to order drinks and/or food from the menu)

745pm-8:00pm: Clear tables and set up for BFF Friendship maker rotational program.

*8pm-9pm:  10 rotations, 3 mins each (Overall you will make male and female friends totaling 10 BFF members)

9:00pm -9:30pm: Post Mixer

The idea is depending on your work schedule you may arrive earlier to enjoy the BFF Meal Sampler Ticket. If you come just in time for the rotational, you can use the meal ticket later that night.  For those who doesn’t want the Meal Sampler Ticket, you can use your BFF Discount card to get 20% on any purchase.

Everyone will receive a nametag with their BFF number + depending on your package, you will get a BFF Meal Ticket and/or the BFF 20% discount card on your additional purchases.  You will get a BFF note card to jot down quick notes to remember your conversations during the rotational.  Then after the rotational, feel free to follow up the conversations and/or approach the BFF members you haven’t spoken with.  

The difference in this BFF Friendship maker event “Speed date style” minus the date, is that we do not provide the Speed date system in which in a Speed Date system they provide matches.  We also don’t  arrange the rotational by gender.  There will be a total of 10 rotations at 3 mins each rotation. You will make male and female friends.

In the 3 mins rotation, you get a quick idea of the person, jot notes for a memory jogger, and you are free to follow up in the post mixer or whenever. (Future BFF events) This  Friendship maker is a mix of our programming and your self-initiative to make new friends.

Overall everything is designed to accommodate the different schedules and preferences.  We would like you to enjoy every moment.  I recommend you pre- register and get the everything package!

Step 1:  Decide if you want to add the BFF Meal  Sampler Ticket or not.

Step 2:  Reflect a true RSVP to manage expectations.

Step 3: Follow the Pre-registration instructions below so we can prepare name tags in advance and anticipate the rotational design. 

 Step 4: 1st Deadline to pre-register is Saturday February 4th 2012 12pm.

Step 5: 2nd Deadline is Saturday February 4th 2012 6pm

Step 6: 3rd Deadline is Sunday February 5th 2012 6pm

Step 7:  After Sunday February 5th 2012 6pm, If you really want to try to get on the discount list do the following steps and send me a personal e-mail at [masked] .

Step 8:  The door rate Starts Monday February 6th, 2012 12:00AM. These are the rules we set up to provide you an enjoyable experience.  There is a lot of preparation and coordination to be done prior to the event.  We will accept walk-in.  However we encourage you to pre-register . We reflected a higher discount when you follow all the rules.

Step 9: There will be 6 different list to reflect the 6 different rates. Those that are registered for the 1st deadline line, I can start assigning your BFF number and add you to the proper list indicating your plan and how much you will pay at the door. The sooner you register the sooner I can make these arrangement and let you know.

*Added note: Sun 2/5/12 8:30pm: I will print out this list early morning Mon 2/6/12 7AM. Whoever RSVP + Pre-registered as stated in the notes above will get the Pre-Registered rate. This is a special  arrangement made to make sure people get a taste of the venue ambiance and food service.  Instead of a regular portion and regular price.  We scaled the portions to a smaller size so that you can enjoy a full meal.  The appetizer is a taste versus a full order.  The entrée is a personal portioned sized.
