We are holding a 10-week beginners Kundalini Yoga and Meditation series starting January 21 and continuing through the end of March. Classes, taught by KRI-certified Kundalini yoga instructors, are held in a inviting, cozy studio.  A supportive and friendly community has developed.

Classes are held:

Tuesdays, 7:15-8:30pm Taught by Kathleen

Sundays, 11:00am-12:15pm Taught by Siri Adi

Classes are $10 and payable when you come to class.

All are welcome to join the group.  There is limited space in the studio (8 students comfortably) and availability is on a first come basis.  Please do your best to sign up as priority is given to those who have reserved a spot on line.

This ten-class beginner’s series focuses on Moving Forward with Confidence.  New year, new resolutions:  perhaps you are seeking a new job or want to achieve new heights in your current one, want to reframe an existing relationship, or simply build a regular yoga or meditation practice.  Through this series we will seek to move beyond what may get in our way and build the confidence to take our next steps off the mat and into our life.

Yoga is a set of disciplines designed to optimize all aspects of our human experience. Kundalini yoga is a comprehensive form of yoga that enhances physical and mental strength.  It employs a number of modalities - physical postures, breath techniques, vocal expression, mental focus, and meditation. By employing a combination of some or all of all these things throughout our yoga practice we are working on just about every aspect of our body: nerves, hormones, circulatory system.  This brings strength, balance and vitality to our bodies and calmness and awareness to our minds.
