1. From 1 pm to 1:45 pm: Table Art
Beta Sigma Phi Sisters are excellent cooks and bakers and get-togethers usually feature, along with good company, food! Why not highlight tasty treats with an elegant table? Learn easy and quick tricks to decorating your table when company's coming.
2. From 1:45 pm to 2:30 pm: Mocktail Mania
Impaired driving is a deadly and persistent problem in Canada. On average, it claims between 1,250 and 1,500 lives and causes close to 64,000 injuries in Canada each year1. Many Beta Sigma Phi Sisters are mothers and grandmothers who not only want their children and grandchildren to be safe on the road, but want to set a good example for them. Learn how to make delicious non-alcoholic alternatives to popular cocktails so there will be no need for the key bowl at your next party!

3. From 2:30 pm to 3:15 pm: Scintillating centrepieces
You've just come home from a long day and you're hosting a get-together a Beta Sigma Phi chapter meeting or social, or maybe a casual affair with a few sisters. You're looking at your table and notice that it looks a little bare. Learn how to create a unique but simple centrepiece that will dazzle your guests and stir conversation!
4. From 3:15 to 4:00 pm: Tasty, healthy tidbits
Food, food, glorious food! One of the perks of Beta Sigma Phi! But someone's watching their waistline, has allergies, or health considerations. Don't be the host that has tons of food left over because no one can eat it. Learn quick and easy recipes for nutritious, delicious appetizers perfect for serving at your next get-together!
