Introduction
Hi all! My name is Jolanda Bruyn, Dutch and came to live here in Bethesda in September 2009.
Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I came here because of the work of my husband and I do not have a job now but instead I study: European Studies. Everything within and/or with the European Union.
Why did you decide to join our group?
I would like to meet other women in Bethesda and I do like to go out for dinner. A perfect combination!
What type of food do you like?
I like/love all kind of food and any cuisine: Asian, European, African, etc. But I am not a fan of fast food or the typical American 'hamburger/french fries' dish.
What Jolanda is saying about this Meetup Group
As for the group itself: Angela is a great organiser and the women who attend are fun to hang out with. We all have different backgrounds and that makes it also interesting. I am looking forward to my next meeting.
