Agenda of our meetings:

If you are coming first time, you will get an introduction to Sahaja Meditation in the beginning of the class.

After that, we have two sessions of 15-20 minutes each.

1. We work on balancing our channels by meditating on them and taking affirmations (we will guide you every step)

2. We will balance energy centers.

At the end we ask your experience and reply any question you have.

No special attire is needed and meetings are free of cost.

Since there is no physical excercise involved, we use chairs for our meditation. If you prefer to sit on floor instead and want to bring your Mat, you are welcome to do so.

We recommend that you attend our sessions for at least 3 months regularly and meditate at home at least 4-5 times in a week as guided in class, to see the full benefits of Sahaja Meditation.

Looking forward to seeing you soon.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
