Anytime of year is a great time to take in a panoramic vista of a skyline on the water, but winter is an exceptional time to enjoy the Georgetown waterfront on a crisp evening on the banks of the Potomac. The newly renovated Tony and Joe’s Seafood Place is the perfect spot to drink it all in.
