Harvard studies show that we were designed to live up to 120 year in GOOD health. But how many of us are? Practically none of us. Look around and you will see that we are even struggling to make it to 60 years old in GOOD health. The reason is because of the various lifestyle choices we are making that damage our bodies and its ability to heal. We need to change our focus and understand how the body works. From there we can support our body and its healing capabilities by making more congruent lifestyle choices.
