Introduction

Hello, I grew up in Galloway, live in Camden County and work in Atlantic County. Looking to explore activities that are particular to Atlantic County area

What kinds of outdoor activities do you want to learn?

Crew boat rowing. Kayak rolling.

What are your ideas for fun workouts?

Yoga, Kayaking, Hiking, Biking. Take a hike at the Wissahickon Gorge. Wiss will amaze us flat landers what is within the Philly city limits.

What's your favorite sport (to play), fitness and/or outdoor activity?

Hiking,Biking

What's your least favorite thing about the gym?

Not sure. Steppers and machines can be boring, but for the winter hours and cold temperature, it works.
