Endomondo is a website that allows you to track your runs, rides, walks etc. I use it and it's pretty cool. It tracks distance, time, calories, hear rate, cadence etc.

Once you sign up you can "friend" people and see what they do to. It's a free website.

If you have a Garmin watch, it can upload your workouts into the site automatically. It also shows where you've been on a map if you want it to, as long as you recorded your workouts with GPS.
