Go Where the Wind Blows

Let's go where the wind takes us!

The Ride

Approx pedaling time: 2 hours

Recommended Bicycle Type(s): Road, hybrid, mountain bike

Things to see: Various neighbourhoods of DC, maybe one or two university campuses, a park or lake maybe?

Comments: This will be a no-drop ride, and we will try to stay in a group. This is intended to be a fun, social, casual ride, to get the legs moving and enjoy the nicer weather.

Pre-Ride Briefing: 10:45 AM - please be there on time

Questions & Contact Info

Let's take a leisurely ride around the city, enjoying the near-spring weather and the sights and sounds of DC on the weekend. We will start from Eastern Market metro (by the trees in the grassy area) and pedal around the city for about two hours. This will be an easy pace, for those of us who have been indoors all winter!

As always, if you have any questions, you may email the organizer(s) for the event or post your question as a comment. The cell numbers for the event organizers will be emailed to you the day before the event.

Don't forget to "spring forward" tonight! Clocks go ahead one hour, and we will still ride at 11 tomorrow. Please call or text me if your plans change before the ride. I will email attendees with contact info.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
