Introduction
Hi all! I picked up the cycling bug 3 years ago and went from casual 20+ mile rides to complete century rides and now aquabike events too. I happily pass on the addiction whenever I can. Riders Up! :-)
What type of cycling are you most interested in?
Rides from 30-70 miles with, sigh, hills. Can't get better at hills if I don't ride them. I do mostly road bike rides but also have a cyclocross so can do rough road rides - C&O canal, etc.

I'm totally game rain or shine for paint ball, believe it or not. If we have to wear "padding" the rain gear may help. But is the event still on? Is the site still open? Any suggestions on what to wear? Should I hold an umbrella in my other hand?

Taylor, I'd lead an event at the Octoberfest in Vienna on Oct 2nd. Two people responded. I would show up regardless if it is posted or I'm just going to email those I know who want to go. Let me know

Taylor, I may or may not go tonight. Thanks for getting back. I'm emailing a friend to see if she wants to go tonight. Also, I am going to the Aug 22 concert out in Belmont for Boz Scaggs among other musicians. Also, I'm looking to buy a road bike. Know anyone wanting to sell a fairly unused one but not older than 5 or 10 years old?
