This is a cycling group for adults to help people get back on the trail again. Beginners and seasoned riders are welcome!
We will be scheduling weekly Rails to Trails bike rides averaging ten-fifteen miles (some twenty as we get better) and special biking events. Suggestions are always welcome! Cycling is beneficial for your mind, body and soul. It is a great way to get in a low impact cardio workout, burn calories and enjoy nature. You can go at your own pace so go dig out your bicycle and come join us on the trail. We have a great, friendly group of riders who have forged new relationships from this group.Welcome aboard! Please Note:To help defray the costs of maintaining our site, this Meetup requires an $5 yearly contribution per person to join/renew. Renewal of your membership by April 1 each year. You can pay through the website via Paypal(see your profile) or by mail (click on "$5 per year" on the home page above the organizer photo for instructions).
