This is a cycling group for adults to help people get back on the trail again. Advanced beginners and seasoned riders are welcome!
We will be scheduling weekly Rails to Trails bike rides averaging ten-fifteen miles (some twenty-forty mile rides for those with experience) and special biking events. Suggestions are always welcome! Cycling is beneficial for your mind, body and soul. It is a great way to get in a low impact cardio workout, burn calories and enjoy nature. You can go at your own pace so go dig out your bicycle and come join us on the trail. We have a great, friendly group of riders who have forged new relationships from this group.Welcome aboard!
