Midweek Sweats Hill Climb ride

This is a short, hard, one hour workout on the hills around Mt.

    Just occurred to me that I left Joe's at 7:10 and was home by 8PM. Four miles in 50min is a 5mph walking speed (and that includes Bellemore). I doubt I could jog much faster than that.

    Pedro, you probably just missed me. We had 4 strong starters- John, Mike, Lisa and PJ (on his antique 3-speed!). They took off right at 7PM. I stuck around for almost ten minutes, so we must've just missed one another. Did you ride the route alone?
    I did my own hill climb with a fast walk up Bellmore and all the way back to Hampden. Legs are tired. :)

    Sorry, for some reason I thought it would take 23 minutes to ride there, but it was 33, so I was 10 minutes late. I hope no rider was there alone?
