Montebello Sprints

This is part of the mid-week sweats evening workouts. The way it works is simple: one group spins loose and easy around the lake while another sprint team gives it all they've got to lap the first group. It's fun and a great workout for any rider wanting to increase their fitness level for faster, longer rides this spring. Come on out. We meet at the school parking lot along the south of the lake.

    Derek, Dan, John, Pedro, great riding tonight. Thanks. The 5 of us started with a couple laps nice and easy. Then we had 4 sprint groups- each of us rode 2 sprints in various combinations. I appreciate the fact that the faster you can ride, the sooner you can quit. Ironically, those who're the slowest are at their max longer than the fast riders. Very fun. We've got one more Hill Climb and one more Montebello Sprint scheduled for April. Stay in touch.
