Ride along Herring Run

This is a casual ride along the Herring Run. The trail includes paved, dirt, and some rocks. Mountain bikes or cyclocross bikes will work - a road bike will not make it. Beginner mountain bikers should enjoy it. Good cyclocross course, actually, with some portage involved. It may be as often as weekly - we'll see.

Just so you know, this does include some sections of dirt trails with limbs and roots to navigate as well as a couple of decent inclines and some fun downhill opportunities. In this case, wider is better (tire-wise). Our typical loop is about 10 miles. And an extra inner-tube is a good idea. So come out and get your bike a little dirty.

It was great to meet with 2 women I hadn't ridden with before. (Never enough women riding.)

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
