Lake Montebello sprints

The Montebello Sprints are a part of the Winter Bike Sweats series of outdoor bike rides. They're intended to give you a short, hard workout once a week. Riders of any fitness level are encouraged to ride. There are two different workouts alternating weekly, so the following week we'll be riding a Hill Climb route starting from a different location.

All rides are Wednesday nights starting promptly at 7:30PM. All rides are approximately 1 hour. See http://midweekbikesweats.wordpress.com/ to be sure of the details of the rides.
