What distances are you comfortable riding?

I've ridden up to 40 miles in one go, up to a little over 100 miles in a 24 hour period. Distance definitely depends on the type of terrain and the type of bike.

Do you have a favorite area to ride in or around Baltimore City?

I haven't done much riding around the city. Mostly on the NCR and B&A trail and on the Iron Girl course around Centennial Park.

What kind of bike do you ride?...mountain?...road?...hybrid?

I bought a hybrid bike about a year and a half ago which is great on trails, but I recently got into doing triathlons this summer and am now investing in a road bike in order to keep up.

Is there an area of Baltimore you would like to explore?

Anywhere that's safe to ride.

Morning, afternoon, or evening/night rides?

Any time is good for me, although I have to be at work by 7 or 8 am on weekdays, so early morning weekday rides don't usually work for me.

Introduction

About a year ago, I was riding on trails for recreation, but recently got into doing triathlons this summer and am now looking for some more safe road routes to practice on. I don't live in the city, so prefer a starting point with good parking.
