A fun women only fitness group designed to mix things up & create a circle of friends who support each other in their fitness goals. Classes are $10 for a 90 min session and will vary from yoga, strength training, circuit training, exotic dance/pole classes and everything in between. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring your yoga mat, water and be ready to sweat!
