Legacy of the Land Tour at Biltmore

The Legacy of the Land Tour leaves from near the front door of the house where you board a small air condition motor coach with 25 seats and tour some off the beaten path areas of the estate that you won’t see on a normal tour of Biltmore. This tour includes a stop at the secondary reservoir and several other areas exploring heritage sites of earlier inhabitants of Biltmore. Please have on appropriate foot wear and clothes to do some exploring. Best of all, this tour celebrates the often overshadowed work of Frederick Law Olmsted - one of the best landscape architects the world has ever known. This tour is about one and half hours. The cost is $19 per person plus an admission ticket. If you're a BEAP, there’s no additional charge. Call[masked] now to book and reserve your ticket, so you will be on this coach with other BEAP members.

A great opportunity to see the behind the scene working paths of Biltmore and to see the water retention and understand how the landscaping and engineering created a hundred years ago is functional today. The intention of the entire landscaping and the experience for the traveler is as relevant today as it was when it was designed.
Thanks to the organizers of this trip. David and I found it very enjoyable and we learned a great deal.

Hi. I just signed up for the tour and called Biltmore to get a spot on the bus. They say the bus is filled but you still list 3 spots left on this website. Please let me know what's what. Thanks so much.

Hello Laney, we didn't have the etire bus reserved. There must of been some folks out our group (General public) that picked up some seats. We'll run it again in the fall.

Or my ticket will go to waste, I am over an hour Away so not much I can do at this point. Can call me at[masked]-8664. So sorry to miss out! Will catch another tour I hope. Enjoy!

This looks like the bus is overfilled, so those of you who haven't purchased their ticket for this tour, please update your RSVP to not attending, so we'll know who to look for on the day of the event! Thanks.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
