Shaking meditation is a way of tapping into energy vibration, which can be called Bioenergy, Kundalini, Chi, Love, Light.
The practice is simple yet powerful. By connecting to a very strong and pure energy source, we shake and can experience energy circulating in our body. Where this meets areas of resistance inside us, (blocks that we carry), these blocks react and the healing process manifests itself in the form of heat, electricity, spontaneous laughter, spontaneous emotional release and/or ecstatic movement. These blocks are then released from the body. This works on all levels, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual.
