Come join us for a talk and demo of one of our favorite new DYI Tools being developed – the LegoScope! Students from the UC Berkeley / UCSF BioEngineering program developed a microscope constructed from Legos. This project is an offshoot of the CellScope. Initially targeted toward educators, it has many uses in the DIYBio/Biohacking space as well. The basic idea is to use 3D printed adapters that allow optics to be attached to standard Lego pieces.

Don’t take my word for it – come see for yourself! You’ll be able to see it in action, as well as come images captured using it.

FREE for active monthly members.

$5 suggested donation for non-members.
