Woohoo- thanks guys! Looks like everyone got at least one colony, and
nobody got anything without antibiotic selection.

I noticed some non-glowing colonies on some of the plates - any idea
what those might be? E.coli with active resistance gene but defective
GFP? Naturally resistant bacteria from environmental contamination?
Fungal spores?
