The period for adding ideas to the list of projects will be closed at the end of today, so if you haven't entered your suggestions yet, please do so ASAP.
In the next few days, there will be a quick survey taken to see which projects folks are most interested in working on. Stay tuned for more details!

There's been a lot of fun discussion about cool projects that everyone could participate in at BioCurious, and a list of the ideas proposed so far is available on google docs. It covers everything from studies in population biology to bioelectronic devices:
Editing privileges have been opened to everyone who's in the BioCurious Google Group.
I would like to encourage everyone to take a look, and to add your own ideas if there's some other project that you think is interesting. And remember that there are folks from a lot of different fields in the group -- biologists, chemists, engineers, programmers, and more -- so don't worry if your project idea requires some details that are beyond your own area of expertise.
The group will be voting on the projects in just a few days, so hurry on over and take a peek . . .
