Cheese making, Tempeh and Century eggs

Last week we were talking how to start with cheese making, what we'll need and which cheese to start with.

This week we are starting with two different cheeses. One with white mold and one without.

At the same time we are doing Tempeh with fresh culture and continuing with Century eggs. We need couple of extra hands to help us with packing eggs in clay.
