I heard about Biodanza when I was really wanting a change in career and a more meaningful vocation and with serendipity I came across Biodanza and Voila! that was it. I jumped straight into the 3 year teacher training at the South African Biodanza School and later completed my training as a didactic (teacher trainer) with Biodanza founder Professor Rolando Toro in Brazil. I have been facilitating Biodanza since 2002 in regular adult and children’s classes, workshops for teambuilding and personal development in corporate, non-governmental and governmental organisations and in a community context, in particular at a home for teenage girls.
Yes - what a beautiful city!
I do Biodanza as often as I can
Dancing means the opportunity to be out of a head space AND into a heart space . . . out of contraction and habits I already know AND into new, unknown, unexplored space and possibilities AND with Biodanza this travelling happens with joy, with connection, with heart. For me practicing Biodanza affirms and evolves life - my live, others lives, LIFE in the Biggest Sense and somehow that makes sense of life to me.
I love the way Biodanza returns us to JOY while being an amazing way to self growth, discovery and being able to access presence and delight in everyday life as well as in uplifting, sometimes even ecstatic dance experiences.
I love Biodanza - it makes me feel alive, open to life and connected to myself, others and life in the bigger sense. I have been facilitating over 12 years and trained in South Africa and Brazil. I look forward to sharing Biodanza with you!
It rocks and it's only just begun!
