Over time with regular sessions of Biodanza most people experience improved relationships, health and overall well-being in their everyday lives.
Biodanza is based on a theoretical model that references biology, anthropology, psychology and philosophy. It was first developed more than 50 years ago and continues to evolve with new findings in the areas of neuroscience and psychoneuroimmunology.
