- Recording sleep data nightly with Zeo Mobile. - Daily Heart Rate Variability training with Inner Balance Sensor
I looked at 180 nights of Zeo data to establish a baseline and now I'd like to start experimenting. Possible variables include: Vitamin D, meditation, HRV training, and Bulletproof Diet.
Zeo Mobile -- I, for one, don't want to spend a third of my life asleep. But good hacking relies on solid data. Zeo is the only way I know to get real insight into your sleep. Heart Math Inner Balance Sensor -- I've only had this product for a few days but I already like it. I think this sort of biofeedback has massive potential.
I think science and technology should make us more human, not less.
