In preparing for next weeks presentation on Bioinformatics, I want to hear from you!

I would like to know how more informatics, mathematical modeling, and software tools can help you with your projects? Is there a tedious task related to a life science project? Is there a database, program, or algorithm that could help you? How could better statistics, prediction methods, or heuristics be of value?

Thank you for your input!
