As more biotech and life science companies are attracted to the DC metro area, there is a clear need to facilitate interaction amongst its key players. To that end, we will host quarterly networking events with other biotechnology professionals and business partners. The group is open to those in the biotechnology, life science or pharmaceutical companies in the DC Metro Area.

The quarterly networking event will be an informal event allowing for exchange of ideas and business cards. Eventually I would envision moving to a monthly lunch or dinner that will be open networking at the beginning and end of the meeting. During the event, there would be a round of self introductions, then we would highlight a new or exciting company or opportunity.

The purpose of the quarterly meeting and monthly lunch/dinner is to allow the members of the group to build a quality network of biotechnology professionals.
